With a solid foundation in real estate and human resources, Rosette brings extensive experience to her recruitment career. She began her journey in the Philippines, where she refined her expertise in employee relations, talent management, and strategic HR practices, with a particular focus on cultivating strong organisational cultures and improving employee satisfaction.

Since transitioning to the Australian recruitment industry, Rosette has made notable strides, leveraging her international background to engage with diverse talent pools and meet the unique needs of clients in the civil, manufacturing, and now mining sectors.

Outside of work, Rosette enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family and friends, maintaining a well-rounded approach to both her personal and professional life.
