With a background in the automotive industry, Bailey developed a keen ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships. Now, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, he applies those skills to sourcing, engaging, and referring top-tier professionals to businesses in need of specialist talent.

Outside of work, Bailey can either be found playing competitive football for his local team, or watching it on tv.
