Concentis is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded construction company to source an experienced Contracts Administrator – Procurement to join its growing team.

Unlike a traditional site-based Contracts Administrator position, this role is focused on front-end procurement, subcontractor engagement and commercial management across a diverse portfolio of major construction projects. Working closely with pre-construction and delivery teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are set up for success before construction commences.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage subcontractor procurement and package buyout activities
• Prepare tender documentation, scope packages and procurement schedules
• Evaluate tenders and negotiate commercial outcomes with subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key subcontractors and industry stakeholders
• Assist with budgeting, cost planning and procurement strategies
• Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions
• Identify opportunities to drive value, reduce risk and improve procurement outcomes

About You
• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator, Senior Contracts Administrator or Procurement Specialist within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of subcontract procurement and commercial construction processes
• Experience managing tendering, package letting and subcontract negotiations
• Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across pre-construction and project delivery teams
