You will join a tier-1 mining operation in a key leadership role overseeing bulk earthworks production activities on site. This opportunity is focused on delivering safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes while supporting broader mining production targets in a high-performing environment.
Working on a FIFO 12/9 roster ex Cairns, Townsville, and Brisbane, you will lead frontline teams and coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractor partners. You will play an important role in planning works, managing daily execution, and driving continuous improvement across production performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact with a June start date, contributing to a safety-first and results-driven project environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily bulk earthworks production activities on site
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and contractor performance
• Deliver production targets safely and efficiently
• Monitor progress, risks, and operational priorities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures
