Project Manager
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a busy Insurance Minor Works portfolio within a well-established and growing division.
- Managing a portfolio of insurance repair and minor works projects end-to-end
- Leading site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to successful delivery
- Driving program, cost control, and stakeholder/insurer relationships
We’re partnering with a leading insurance building division who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a busy Minor Works portfolio.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be trusted to run your own pipeline of insurance repair and reinstatement projects, supported by a strong internal team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing multiple concurrent minor works / insurance projects
- Leading supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Driving programme, cost control, and quality delivery
- Managing insurer and client relationships end-to-end
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Experience in insurance repairs, construction, or minor works
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to run multiple live projects at once
- Trade or construction background highly regarded
- QBCC licence (or ability to obtain) preferred
- $160K + Super package
