Concentis is partnering with a respected and established commercial builder to source an experienced Project Manager for a major residential development currently commencing in Southeast Queensland.

This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on a significant multi-stage project valued in excess of $100M, working with a builder that has built a strong reputation for delivering quality developments across the region.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, commercial, safety and quality objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale residential construction project
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance
• Drive project programmes and construction methodologies
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
• Build and lead high-performing site and project teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and environmental requirements

About You
• 10+ years of construction industry experience
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive outcomes in complex construction environments
