Senior Site Executive (SSE)

• $300K package plus up to $25K performance-based earnings
• Lead a team of 8 with significant growth ahead
• Local role on a 5/2 roster

You will step into a senior leadership role with a privately owned resources company, overseeing a local operation on a 5/2 roster. You will lead a team of eight and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and commercially focused operations.

You will also have the opportunity to shape the operation as the business enters a significant growth phase. Over the next three years, the operation is expected to expand to approximately 212 personnel, with additional trucks, port activities and major expansion projects planned, including involvement in a significant rail project.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of approximately eight personnel
- Oversee safe, compliant and efficient site operations
- Drive operational performance and continuous improvement
- Support future workforce and operational expansion
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives

About you
- Proven experience in a senior site leadership role
- Strong operational and people leadership capability
- Effective communicator with a practical, collaborative approach
- Strong focus on safety, compliance and performance
- Ability to lead through a period of significant business growth
