Here at Concentis, we are seeking a dynamic
Capability Procurement Specialist to join our Tier 1 Mining clients global procurement team on a
12-month contract. Based in either
Perth or Brisbane, you will play a key role in driving cultural collaboration and content creation for leadership development across the organisation. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our teams deliver “best practice” procurement service to the business.
You will work closely with stakeholders to design and manage learning programs, from video content to training packs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, and experience in procurement or supply chain.
Reporting to the Principal Advisor Learning and Development this is a great opportunity to lean into your strong learning & development background, project management and change management and influence best practice across a large complex organisation.
Responsibilities - Implement and support the global procurement Learning & Capability strategy
- Engaging with the global Procurement community and stakeholders to conduct learning needs and gap analysis to support a learning strategy.
- Based on adult learning principles, design, deliver, and facilitate procurement learning and change programs in various formats including face-to-face, workshops, webinars, instructor led, virtual, self- paced learning, and online modules.
- Lead cross-functional teams of internal and external stakeholders to design and implement learning & capability development projects.
- Complete current state assessment of all Procurement learning content – Ariba, MyLearning, Element.
- Partner with the client provider to build self-service learning modules.
- Design capability and change approach and content for the best fit learning delivery mediums.
- Facilitate and deliver face to face learning to uplift capability in support of Procurement improvement program and changes to process and technology.
- Identifying opportunities for development and rationalisation of systems and the adoption of a common / consistent approach to learning.
- Build and maintain training reports using Excel and Power BI.
About You - Hands-on experience in designing and delivering learning initiatives within a large multinational organisation.
- A robust track record in the global procurement value chain with a solid understanding of sourcing and contracts within diverse international contexts.
- Proficiency in planning, designing, and delivering learnings in various formats, including virtual, self-paced, face-to-face, and instructor- led, adhering to adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning content on platforms such as LMS, Rise Articulate, Canva.
- Degree qualified in Business, Procurement, HR or equivalent working experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and with ambiguity.
- Pro-active and results-driven, with a collaborative approach to influence business outcomes.
- Previous experience developing learning frameworks with specific experience in Procurement highly regarded.
- Experience in presenting, facilitating, coaching, and developing to achieve operational capability outcomes where required.
- Change management experience and a flexible approach to work to enable you to work across multiple time zones.
