The role As the
E-Commerce Co-ordinator and
Stock Purchaser, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, responsible for enhancing our e-commerce platform. As our client continues to expand, you will deliver exceptional online experiences, focusing on performance optimisation and drive key metrics such as conversion, retention, and lifetime value. Reporting directly to the management team, this position will see you oversee all aspects of their eCommerce strategy, manufacturing and designing teams while ensuring we deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers and meeting in house deadlines.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of Shopify e-commerce websites.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and boost customer engagement.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing and social media strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
- Create and monitor ads across many social media outlets inc. TikTok and Meta.
- Collaborate with developers to optimise functionality of existing sites, enhance user experience (UX), and site performance.
- Utilise data analytics tools to track campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends.
- Work hand-in-hand with department head in liaising with manufacturers, designers and production team for procurement of stock.
- Develop schedule for merchandise releases/promotions for the year ensuring to meet deadlines set by management.
About You: - Must be able to relocate to Central Queensland (relocation assistance provided)
- Strong hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Shopify, including customisation, apps, and integrations
- Experience with digital marketing, communications and EDM
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ecommerce strategies that drive ROI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Time management, organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience liaising with offshore and local manufactures, with the ability to produce and finalise purchase orders.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
