We are exclusively partnering with a Tier 1 Mining Asset Owner to source an experienced
Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Planner to provide planning & scheduling initiatives across the
Light and Heavy Equipment fleet on this complex Northern Territory Mine.
This is a client-side opportunity, operating on a
2/1 roster engagement from either Brisbane QLD or Darwin NT.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain short-term maintenance schedules, ensuring all Labour, materials, and equipment are planned effectively.
- Identify and validate notifications and work requests to consolidate all known maintenance needs.
- Govern the scheduling process to maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory standards.
- Prepare maintenance activities to optimize cost and resource efficiency while ensuring readiness for execution.
- Manage site task lists and BOMs in line with operational standards.
- Facilitate planning meetings and ensure timely execution of actions.
- Monitor and collect work management data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You: - Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within mobile and/or fixed environments within the heavy industrial sector
- Highly motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement of the performance of the on-site light & heavy mobile equipment mining assets
- Intermediate to Advanced SAP user
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills in addition to being an excellent team player
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to proactively manage priorities and adapt to resource challenges.
