Here at Concentis, we are partnering with a tier-1 asset owner to source a Project Controls Officer, accountable for cost control, forecasting, and process improvements. This Monday-Friday, Gladstone-based role is an initial 12-month contract, with real potential for extension, and the option for a 9-day fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve project controls processes
  • Utilise SAP to analyse and interpret reports, raise purchase requisitions, and process invoices
  • Collaborate with project leaders to confirm commitments and validate payments
  • Maintain the project change notice register and implement contingency and change management processes
  • Assist in maintaining project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals
  • Perform Close Out and Capitalisation activities
  • Provide document control guidance and governance for engineering-related documents, ensuring compliance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
About You:
  • Certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Proven administrative background – experience in document control desirable
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint
