Gladstone to source a
Reliability Engineer who will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and asset performance. In this role, you will take ownership of reliability initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify issues, develop data-driven solutions, and implement long-term improvements.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Defect Elimination initiatives, identifying and resolving issues to enhance operational efficiency
- Facilitate and mentor teams in structured problem-solving techniques
- Analyse performance data to uncover reliability challenges and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and execute long-term reliability strategies, ensuring improvements in asset performance
- Support projects focused on reducing emissions and increasing energy efficiency site-wide
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills to drive impactful solutions
- Work autonomously within a cross-functional environment
About You: - Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Proven experience in asset management and reliability engineering, including defect elimination and lifecycle planning
- Strong ability to think beyond technical solutions and drive commercial outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience working in an industrial environment
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies
