With a background spanning business development, account management and operationally focused roles, Eliza has worked closely with clients across mining, heavy industry, infrastructure and defence projects. Acting as a primary commercial and operational contact throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing strong relationships, understanding client needs and delivering practical solutions in fast-paced environments.
Having grown up in Townsville, Eliza is passionate about supporting the growth of North Queensland and helping attract and retain skilled professionals in the region. She is committed to building long-term relationships and connecting talented people with opportunities that contribute to both career success and project delivery.
Outside of work, Eliza enjoys spending time with her daughter, starting the day early with a coffee and a gym session, and creating meaningful memories with family and friends. She brings the same energy, positivity and people-first approach to her role at Concentis.
