You will join a FIFO construction project in Cloncurry, Queensland, as a Site Engineer, working closely with an experienced team to support the successful delivery of site-based construction activities. This is an opportunity to build on your existing industry experience, strengthen your technical capabilities and continue developing your career in construction.

You will contribute to day-to-day site operations, coordinate construction activities and work alongside the broader project team to help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will be supported to learn, take on new challenges and grow your capability in a practical, hands-on environment.

This opportunity will suit someone who has some exposure to the construction industry and is ready to take the next step in their engineering career. You will be joining a small, collaborative team where your contribution matters and your willingness to learn is valued. The role operates on a FIFO basis, with the roster and accommodation arrangements to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of construction activities on site.
- Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist with construction documentation, reporting and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors and other project stakeholders.
- Help identify and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.
- Promote safe work practices and adherence to project procedures.

About you
- You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- You have some practical experience in construction or a site-based engineering role.
- You are keen to learn, develop your skills and take on greater responsibility.
- You bring a proactive, collaborative approach and communicate effectively.
- You are organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a hands-on site environment.
- You are willing and able to work FIFO to Cloncurry, Queensland.
