Concentis is partnering with a highly regarded builder delivering quality commercial and multi-residential developments across Southeast Queensland.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Site Engineer to join an established project team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional looking to build their career with a builder known for delivering complex projects and developing its people.

Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and project delivery team, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, maintaining quality standards and supporting the successful delivery of projects from structure through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of construction activities on site
• Support project programming and monitor progress against key milestones
• Manage RFIs, project documentation and design coordination
• Coordinate subcontractors and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery
• Complete inspections, ITPs and quality assurance activities
• Monitor works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and Australian Standards
• Assist with defect management and project close-out activities
• Support site safety initiatives and contribute to a positive project culture

About You
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, or possess a relevant trade background
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer, Project Coordinator, Graduate Engineer or Junior Project Engineer within commercial or multi-residential construction
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Ability to build strong relationships with site teams, subcontractors and consultants
