We are partnering with a well-established construction contractor with extensive experience delivering major building and infrastructure projects across a range of high-compliance industries. Their portfolio spans mining, heavy industrial, energy, defence, commercial building, refurbishment, concrete and civil, as well as health and education projects.

As a Site Foreman, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day site operations across residential and commercial construction projects. You will coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This permanent Townsville-based opportunity offers a Monday to Friday roster and a competitive salary of up to $150,000.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate trades
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor site compliance and maintain accurate site records
• Support successful project delivery from start to completion

About You
• Trade qualification with a strong building background preferred
• Previous experience leading residential or commercial construction projects
• Ready to step into site leadership or already established as a Foreman
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and collaborative teamwork
